Welcome to JunkCrushers LLC. By using our website, booking a service, or engaging with our team in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

JunkCrushers LLC offers junk removal, hauling, furniture and appliance disposal, property cleanouts, and related services. We do not handle hazardous materials or items prohibited by law.

2. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate job details and ensuring safe, accessible paths to the junk. If access is unsafe or the job scope is misrepresented, we reserve the right to adjust pricing or reschedule service.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is based on volume, labor, and disposal fees. Quotes are estimates and may change based on actual job conditions. Payment is due at the time of service via cash, credit, or approved digital methods.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a $99 cancellation fee will apply. No-shows are also subject to this fee to cover lost time and resources.

5. Damage Liability

While we take every precaution to avoid damage, JunkCrushers LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage due to unsafe work environments. Please remove fragile items and pets before service.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not remove:

• Hazardous waste or chemicals

• Paints, oils, or solvents

• Biohazards or medical waste

• Explosives, firearms, or illegal items

Service will be declined if prohibited materials are found.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are unsafe, access is blocked, or if illegal or hazardous materials are present.

8. Photo Use

We may take photos of completed jobs for quality assurance or marketing purposes. No personal information will be shared without permission.

9. Policy Updates

JunkCrushers LLC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
